Our declared aim is to resolve differences of opinion arising from our business relationships in a constructive partnership. We firmly believe in the effectiveness of mediation as the most efficient and sustainable way to resolve conflicts. Should differences of opinion arise, we therefore favour and prefer an out-of-court mediation process before considering legal action.
